Universal Credit

Universal Credit is a payment to help with your living costs. It’s paid monthly – or twice a month for some people in Scotland. You may be able to get it if you’re on a low income, out of work or you cannot work. Universal Credit is being rolled out to replace Jobseeker’s Allowance, Housing Benefit, Working Tax Credit, Child Tax Credit, Employment & Support Allowance and Income Support. The full rollout of Universal Credit is scheduled for completion in 2024.

Between March 13th 2020 and January 14th 2021 there were 4.5 million Universal Credit claims. Over a third of Universal Credit claims have been made since the start of the Coronavirus pandemic.

Find out more about Universal Credit using our Universal Credit guide. It covers who can apply, how to apply, how much money you can claim, a glossary to help with Universal Credit terminology and more. https://www.jobcentrenearme.com/universal-credit

Llwybr Natur Yr Hendy Nature Trail

Newyddion gwych! Rydym yn ddiolchgar am gyllid gan Lywodraeth Cymru a LNP Cymru sydd wedi ein galluogi i gyd-weithio gyda’r ecolegydd Robert Parry i ddatblygu cynllun rheolaeth pum mlynedd ar gyfer y safle. Pwrpas y cynllun fydd amlinellu sut y gallwn reoli a gwella’r safle er mwyn creu gwell cynefinoedd ar gyfer bywyd gwyllt yr ardal. Mi fydd y cynllun i’w weld ar ein gwefan ar ôl iddo gael ei gwblhau.

Great news, thanks to funding from by WG through LNP Cymru we have been working with ecologist Robert Parry to develop a 5 year management Plan for the site. The plan will set out how we can improve and manage the site in order to create better habitats for wildlife. Once finalised, the plan will be made available via our web page.
